| ABOUT THE FUND |

- President of the Fund - Leonid I. Shershnev,
Major-General in the reserve, editor in chief of the International
collected articles "Security", expert on the security problems
of the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Federative
Assambly of the Russian Federation, the author of scientific
methods, training appliances, booklets, articles on security
problems.
- Regulation aim of the Fund NIMB - promotion
of education and coordination of public security systems
in the Russian Federation territory and abroad in the interest
of mankind survival, its transition to the safe type of
the life activity and the defence of the society, civilisation,
persons from the fundemental danger and menaces by the efforts
of public non-state organisations, amalgamations and social
responsible citizens.
- In the frame of the Fund NIMB functionates
branches, departments and representations, Institute of
strategic researches, Institute of demographic security,
Institute of peace-making activity (sphere of education),
Institute of electric power security, Institute of military
security, Centre of sociological researches, Centre of the
security of enterprises, Youth assembly, constantly functioning
scientific-practical seminar, "Youth and national security
of Russia in transitional period" and other structural subdivisions
which allow to realise its programme-purpose projects.
- We attach importance to creation of Public Academy of
Security as the community of scientists and specialists
engaged in security problems and also in creation of scientific
and teaching and putting into the life organisations.
- Since July 1992 the Fund publishes its Information
collected articles "Security" and newspaper "Public
Security". Consultants and experts of the Fund
participates in activities for the developing laws, in realisation
of developing social certificates, in organisation and holding
national and international conferences, symposiums, seminars,
round tables.
- At present the Fund concentrates its efforts
to working out and putting into the public conscious conceptions
connected with developing persons into secure type, the
state of secure type. The Fund substantiates ever growing
importance for strengthening public security and developing
social economics for survival and prosperity of people.

International public fund "Fund of national and
international security" (Fund NIMB) - public amalgamation which
functionates in the name of the security of a man, a family,
an athnos, a society, a world community , nature.
It was established in April 1990 in Moscow. The Ministry of
Justice re-registered the Fund in April 1992 and in October
1999. |
